Do you agree that customer is always right?
No, I don’t. the customer is not always right. If they do
something so annoying or shout out loud in a store, is that right? Every customer
has a right to ask a customer service anything about the thing in a store, but
customer service has a right too. To be a good customer service, they must have
a good attitude and being patient all the time.
“it’s about and always smiling”
I hate it when I come to one of customer service to ask something
and they just answer my question with a vicious face with a little shout. No smile,
no shin in their eyes. OH GOD!!
And “it’s about delighting the customer, not just serving the
customer”
How to make a customer happy and statisfied? It’s about
smiling and having a good answer, treatment.
